No More “Me too:” Successfully renegotiated the contracts of the Superintendent and Assistant Superintendents eliminating the “me too” clause that automatically granted raises tied to union agreements, ensuring fair and transparent compensation practices.

Facility Improvements: Participated in establishing a master plan for facilities improvements, ensuring safe and modern learning environments.
